charging problem

My mote 9 doesn't support fast charging..It always shows cehck your charger connection like that..but I m using the adapter and cable which they provided only...please help me to sort out this prob

please check your cable first if any patches are there.... then remove cable and re attach the cable to adaptar... if works ok... if not.. then... check with any other fast charging cables....

even if I use any other fast charging cable it still shows cable charging else check your charger connection like that

Hello vkydhoni,

Soemtimes due to removal of cable in incorrect manner causes this problem.

You can test it with other charger or can visit service centre in this case.

Clean your phone charging port with an old tooth brush. Second try to get another cable or friends cable and try. It will tell you if your cable is damaged
