My note 10 plus takes more time to charge and also discharge quickly.i bought my phone in feb 2020.i am facing problem. What should i do?

I am also using note 10+ and i don't see any issue.. Reset your mobile and check. and make sure it is brand new

after the march update many are facing the issue... @nirajkumar822

and Mr. panneertbm if you are not facing just be silent and many of them are facing... no one will get a old or **bleep** mobiles... its purely mistake of samsung... if the problem still there after the reseting of the mobile means do you have guts to exchange the devices with the people having same charging issue??? if you know the solution for that problem means tell orwise stay away from the people facing this issue....

1. Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
