i have buy new Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra but have camera and brightness sensor issues in this phone.the first camera position is not put perfect palace it's miss.and also have dust in camera.why many problems in this new phone.its flagship phone solution plz

if this is under returnable period then return otherwise visit service centre and tell them to replace it

20 days ago i have buy returnable policy only 14 day but i go to service center he told camera and pasting tap are not available at this time.he said wait 2 day he will call me

I think this gap is there in other N20 ultra too and there is some noise of lense adjustment while shaking up the device...Be sure first before opening the device at service center...and for second issue of Dust, it is not visible in my device

The noise of lens getting adjusted is nothing to be worried off, as it's just the optical image stabilised camera being moved.

Many are facing problems of the Note 20 ultra poorly built with dust inside and camera misplaced I saw a post sometimes ago with this same problem

i just got my 3rd replacement unit and still facing the same issue so its better to opt for refund

i was visit Samsung service center but he says parts are not available wait 2 day and after 2 days he said wait more 2 days what's going on i pay one lack five thousand for this for faulty products i want replace my mobile.plz do this i am old user of note series
