Galaxy Note
I owend a samsung note 8. I used it for more than six
months without a problem. But in month of June i have
received 2 system updates which start causing issues.
(i don't know what is th3 exact problem. But i suspect
this because i did install things from play store only.)
After these updates the auto brightness is not working
It is always very dim when auto brightness is on. Also
auto ratation functionality is also not working. I have to
rotate all my phots manually before sharing. I did reset to
factory data once. The issues are gone for few minutes
and started the problems again. I reseted the phone
again and it never went back and issue are present even
after factory reset. Please help to get rid of these issues
Do i need to replace the phone or repair hardware?

i handed over the phone to local agent and they found that there is an issue in sensors of the phone. auto rotation is also not working. hence they approved a phone replacement and i'm waiting for it. the phone replacement process is really slow here. i waited for it 3 weeks but still not get the phone.
