I'm using note 8 for months. My phone is having some problems like proximity, auto rotation not working, iris sensor not responding. I've send reports to samsung. They told me to go to service center with warranty papers. But I lost my warranty papers. What can I do now????😢

You do not have to worry, your imei number can probably be used to find details of your phone and they might help you out.

many note 8 users complaints about this sensor issues. and they got replaced there mother board.

it is not working I have s8 14 months old. same issue. I asked samsung gurgaon to look now they are ready to change the motherboard free of cost but asking for service charges.
