in whatsapp u simply go to .statues folder(hidden folder) in whatsapp->media

This is a known issue. Will be solved in the next beta or in the stable update.

Yes yes....it happened in Note 20 Ultra too in the beginning Beta 1 update.
Now it is solved with Beta 2 update.
So its normal, with beta update you can expect these bugs. Please do report it though so that it gets corrected in the final update.
