WhatsApp message coming silently on random basis.

1st message silent most of the time.

Is anyone facing this problem?

yes , this is happening with s10+, note 10 lite and may be with many devices

Sending mails to WhatsApp from last 15 months, sent around 50x mails but nothing done

turn on the Coversation tune and high priority notification from whatsapp settings

than disable media volume control

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

> Check device volume settings (Settings>Sound & vibration>Volume) and drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume

> Check mute all sound option (Settings > accessibility > Hearing enhancements) and Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled)

> Perform clear cache of whatsapp (Settings>>apps>>whatsapp>>storage>>clear cache)

> Perform the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences)
