When I'm playing any media and if I get a WhatsApp or any notification ping, the media stops momentarily for the notification sound to play and then the media sound continues. I hate this unnecessary pause. It wasn't like this until  yesterday.
What changed all of a sudden to cause this irritating behaviour?
Creating a routine to mute my notifications is a workaround but I need a proper solution.
What is the sudden cause of this issue should be a good starting point to look for a possible fix. Any expert opinion?

Finally, got the fix for this issue. Go to Sound Assistant (Good lock module) -> Advanced Settings -> Alert through headphones and turn the Notification option ON.
This will not stop the music/media when a new notification comes in and would just reduce the volume a lil bit for a moment and go back to the original volume of media without interrupting your media experience.
