I was using my note 20 ultra without any problem since I bought it from 6 months back. But today suddenly I noticed that it freezes and restarted automatically when the screen was off...I've noticed it after some hours when I tried to wake up Bixby by voice command but it was not working...I've known that it was restarted when I picked it up..What could be the possible reason of that?
If it restarted just once then it may be due to some small problem If it restarts more than one time, then better do a factory reset and if the problem still persists then visit the service center and ask them to give a permanent proper solution
