i have another mobile samsung J3.
which is not having volte facility till date.
after any software update will volte work in J3 or

hardware is not supported volte??

Hello,
Currently Galaxy J3 does not support VoLTE. 4G/LTE is supported only for the data browsing part, you can use the 4G/LTE for accessing browser, video screaming etc.
In future software updates if J3 will support VoLTE we will let you know.
