Please solve my complaint as soon as possible

I am not getting 5g service in my phone the country i am in is now india i am not getting 5g in india please give me software update as soon as possible.

Now i need software update with 5g bands supported in india please give me that. I am Indian in India and I am not receiving this phone in my hand

Is your device an Indian unit? If so then check whether your area has 5G network coverage with the carrier provider that you are currently using.

I am using jio sim and I have 5G network in my location but I bought this phone from Vietnam so I can't use it in India it has Vietnam software I need software update in India

See what Jio has clearly stated. Ask them to provide you 5G and remove the restrictions they have put

As your model is registered to Vietnam, there will be some issue regarding the software version, update and as well as carrier.

Ask your carrier provider i.e. Jio to remove the restrictions from your device so that you can use 5G.

As u said i called jio customer care now they told me that foreign phones don't get 5 ban

Flash Indian software through Odin. Watch a few videos on YouTube. But your data may be wiped out.

I'm also having same issue, when I contacted the customer support they told me to seek service from nearest service centre.but, because mine is bought from abroad warranty would be invalid in here.
