Note 9 user? Not possible. As Samsung’s update policy you got 2 major os updates Android 9 and 10. So no more.

But I am using note 8 and I have only 9 if they give atlas 10

Note 8 already got 2 OS updates ( android 8 & 9 ) so it won't get android 11 update.
According to Samsung's old update policy for devices before 2019 gets 2 OS updates.
