I'm facing severe issue with background sound notification on my s23 ultra without any notification on the screen. I've tried everything but to no avail. The background notification sound comes every minute or so whenever the phone is on ringing mode. I'm now compelled to keep phone on vibration. Plx help me with this.. Plz don't suggest factory reset or formating of phone or software update store the service centre.
