I have S23 ultra on 2 ND June Green line on display, customer care refuse, 
Today take out cover for cleaning, just touch back cover & I shocked it us easily open,
3 years not complicate n it's cover open easily.useing it with Green line not go repairing because good technician not available, I haven't trust, there is damage, no dent,no water goes in,no falling down, 
But today I see this so it confirms that my phone is waterproof now

It doesn't seems physically..same happened with my s 23 ultra..back up was good . But main reason of back cover out is due to swollen battery
