All the Note 20 users are facing the same problem as they got the last update in July. However, you can manually update your device to One UI 5 based on Android 13 through the Smart Switch app.

As I said almost every Note 20 user is facing the same issue including me but I just have updated mine to Android 13 yesterday through the Smart Switch. You can update yours as well but before you update your device through the cited app, make sure to get a full backup of your device in case of any update failure.
