Screen replacement availability issue in india

I have a note 10 plus. Which has fallen down and it's screen has got damaged.  I went to service center for replacement. They told sir IT will take 7 days for parts to reach. Give 1ladvance. I have given 10000. Now after 6 days whoke I am calling it will reach till 5th janauary. It will come from China. Not available in India..  then why Samsung pushing such costly phone into India?

Understand your concern sir.

Due to the pandemic & chip shortage etc there are too much shortage of parts even you can see the launch of devices are also affected. Don't worry Samsung team is hardly & seriously working at their best level to counterfeit to the issue.

I can't see that try.. you can't say just saying that it will come form china . And save bcoz of pandemic. What about customer

1st thing the effects of pandemic on work has long ended. 2nd, there were exactly same number of models launched this year any other year( the chip shortage was an excuse to not launch Note 21 series as they were not sure about discontinuing it). 3rd this is a display, so nothing to do with chips and it's ridiculous that whole of India doesn't have a single display of Note 10 plus. Even if all the reasons were true, they should have informed it before taking the advance and making false promise of 7 days!

1. The pandemic isn't ended yet and the effects of the pandemic wouldn't end too sooner it will have a very long effect.

2. Yes i am not sure about the exact model launches but have you counted the numbers of the devices manufactured under each model if you counter both numbers of previous & this year total smartphone manufactured details you can easily understand.

3. As per my best knowledge the device have a dynamic amoled display. In short, a Dynamic AMOLED display is a Super AMOLED display with HDR10+ support but till today it isn't clear or publicly shown how the displays are made . But still its surely have a semiconductor layer inside it or microchips inside.

4. Yes for such a flagship grade device there should be displays ready. Really it is a point. But please rest assured Samsung team is definitely working at the best on it .
