Screen replacement availability issue in india

I have a note 10 plus. Which has fallen down and it's screen has got damaged.  I went to service center for replacement. They told sir IT will take 7 days for parts to reach. Give 1ladvance. I have given 10000. Now after 6 days whoke I am calling it will reach till 5th janauary. It will come from China. Not available in India..  then why Samsung pushing such costly phone into India?

I have mailed you guys. No revert yet. Your support team is saying parts will come from China.what can I say more.
