Samsung I changed my phone from.apple.to.samsung.note 9 and now I regretted and the worst.mistake of my life. You all cannot fix the issue and say its hardware fault. I always take care.of mobile.and nothing has happened since and suddenly this green screen issue.. shame.on u samsung. I hate u for this.. u even wasted my salary which I wasted on buying your product. In our country which cost me about 100000 nor..

nothing problem with hardware, don't go to service centre and don't spend any single paise for this issue. this is purely software issue and Samsung is responsible to fix this bug, many users facing this issue after march update including me. let's wait for April update.

until they provide update turn off autobrightness.it will not permanently solve the problem but tint appears less frequently.

I had faced this similar issue in my note 8 device few months back. I did hard reset and it came back to normal. Though it didn't get to normal just after the reset. but after few days it was back to normal screen.

Sorry for the trouble. Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue :-

1. Settings > Display > Adjust the brightness.
2. Check device in safe mode > Power off the device.>>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Exit safe mode by restarting the device again.
3. Update software:- Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
4. Reset the device. (Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite).

 

If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).

Dear Samsung,

I'm very disappointed with you product quality. With exactly 1 year 1 month with Note 9, the screen turn greenish over a sudden during lockdown. The warranty has expired and I sent the phone to your service Centre to check 2 month after our lockdown and your technician claim the Lcd screen need to be replace and that cost is too high!!! I been the loyal Samsung smartphone user and this time the hardware issue has really pissed me off.

Same gree screen Issue here....Ihave been using Notr series since Note2 was launched...but the kind of response Samsung is having....actually not responding only....is changing my perception...it is a Software issue and Samsung shuld fix this.....

I am facing the same issue...earlier it was a slight yellowish tint. Now it is completely green. Happened all of a sudden today. I can hardly see anything on the screen. When i tap something there is some type of major lag. So I am not able to do anything. What is happening???
