Samsung note 9, Android 11

I am a Note 9 user, I'm completely annoyed by Samsung's recent decision "3 Years Software Major updates" that My Note 9 phone has not included, but at the same time it will be included to Note 10 Lite, which has the same Note 9's Exynos Processor, therefore, I will Most Probably upgrade to Apple devices, Unless You re-evaluate and Appreciate Your Note 9 Users with Such Decision. أنا مستخدم نوت ٩ منزعج جداً من قرار سامسونج الأخير بأن هاتف النوت ٩ لم يتم ذكره بقوائم الاجهزه التي ستتلقي ٣ تحديثات رئيسيه، في حين انكم ستحدثون جهاز نوت ١٠ لايت اللذي يحمل نفس العقل "إكسينوس بروسيسور" واغلب مكونات النوت ٩، وان لم يتم اعاده النظر في هذا القرار بضم هاتفي لقائمة تلقي تحديث اندرويد ١١ فلن اكون مستخدما مره اخري لهواتف سامسونج نوت، وسوف اقوم بالترقيه لاجهزه أبل الداعمه للتحديثات لأكثر من ٥ سنوات

Actually still, the next One UI 3.0 update hasn’t been released yet for Galaxy Note9 devices as it depends on the device software and hardware limitations. Hence, you will receive an automatic update notice if it is supported.

Also, kindly be advised that software update schedule can be found from Samsung Members App under Notice section on your mobile.

Security patches and software updates come for a reason. Sometimes to fix a bug and other times to add features. If there is no reason, then no need for the security patch

security updates are to be provided every month if google has updates

there are times that our engineers compile the upcoming improvement of phone and include the security update which means that it is not delivered monthly

it can happen... but rest assured that updates will be delivered once it is ready

There is no a scheduled time for the security patches. Please note that Security update is to be released when there is an issue/ bug with the phone in order to fix it.
