Why there is no update for Note 20 ultra

Isn't Note 20 ultra Samsung products than why you guys didn't give updated for note 20 ultra user's

Hello Samsung community manager. Kindly raise a request for the Galaxy NOTE 20 series to be included atleast in Android 14 OneUi 6.0 or 6.1. It's hardware specially the Snapdragon version are more than capable to handle the Android version and the OneUi 6 OS. Thanks
