For internet, check the mobile network whether both sim in 4G network. Refer the screenshot

I faced same issue, phone was vibrating nd giving noise while zooming and also after zoom result was unclear. Its completely camera hardware isssue. My phone was in warranty, they replaced it within few days. If it is out of warranty, you can apply for FOC, if there is no physical damage.
