Galaxy Note
I have bought the above two mentioned devices and now these two devices have given me the worst time s10+ display went black and touch is working note 10 display is green b9th the phones are not damaged at all no water damage and no physical damage still the they want me to pay a hefty sum of 27000 rupees to change the display why should i pay when there is no fault at my part after calling their customer service they say we will escalte your request at priority and nothing comes as a concrete solution both the devices are at service center and they are calling me to collect my devices why should i ?
