My samsung galaxy note 10 + 5g is not getting software update of 5g my jio 5g is not working

What is the exact phone model? Did you buy it from India? Or from any other country?

Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Information. What is mentioned under Service Provider Software Information?

Helo sir plz help me from this same issue, i brought my phone( Note 10+ 5G) from USA verizon version.plz suggest the fimware to change to indian fimware.
