Samsung Notes deleted my notes

All my notes vanished from my phone. While I was editing one of the notes. Only the one I was editing is left. Data is still in my phone but I can not find the folder. Anyone experiencing this? How can I rwcover my notes. Had over 800 notes.

Check the folder option or have a look in the recycle bin

They are all empty... See all has just 1 note

There is nothing.... I need location of folder atleast so I can copy the files cause they are still in the device

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please note that you can only be able to retrieve your notes if you had backed them up. 

On your phone, please do the following: 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 
2. Select Settings. 
3. Select Cloud and Accounts 
4. Tap on Backup and Restore 
5. Select Restore data

I have done this and they are reloading. Thank you. I thought they where also deleted on the cloud. I had to clear app data too... There is a difference in GB on the cloud vs on the phone. I hope that wont be a big deal... Phone 8GB, Cloud 5GB...

Will update when they are all installed. Looks like there is a new update. I think it was updating while I was writing in note then it crushed but the data was still in the phone, preventing the one on the cloud from loading.
