This is one of the worst things I've ever spent my money one. So I bought my phone in the USA and for 2 months after I got it my phone was amazing! I loved everything about it. I moved back to South Africa and wow was that a problem, I started having connection issues and it didn't  want to connect to any phone company from here after I was assured it would when I bought the phone. Any how we manage to fix that problem even though I'd still loose service randomly at times. One night I sat in bed just reading a book on my phone and my phone went black! I knew it was still on and working but I couldn't see what was happening on my phone. I tried getting samsung to fix te problem and no one here could help me. I was furious after paying $1600 for a phone that broke within 4 months. After 4 days my phone was working again although I was displeased with the service I received from Samsung. Not long after that my screen cracked and I didn't drop it or anything! When I tried to see if this can be fixed Samsung US said my warranty isn't  covered since I'm in another country. Like can't they even ship it? I made peace with the fact that my screen will be cracked from now on and so on. Today the kid I'm watching was backing a cake and I wanted to take a cute picture for his mom but when I opened my camera it was blurry. Not even the picture I mean the actual camera, videos, close ups anything... it was blury. I first thought okay it must be the lense or the protector on the camera but I tried everything. I restarted my phone, reset my camera setting and nothing worked.

If there is anyway I can get a refund please do help because everytime I try ask Samsung to help it just hits a dead end. Its been 5 months and I have been so displeased with this very expensive purchase .

wow that's hectic an sad...you maybe wanna try taking cover on your next device...when I bought my S20plus I took that device care of R500/$33 so you will be covered for two Screen repairs, two battery replacements with each valid screen repair an one back glass repair....I'll just say think outside the box I'm giving you a hit indirectly

No man, this does not make sense, especially the part about your phone having a cracked screen without it falling, how does that happen? How was your connection issue, couldn't yiu get access to network or was it something else?

so, I was on my phone and my cousin came to show me something on her tablet and it lightly tapped my screen on the corner. I was so upset but the screen still seem to be okay I did the screen test and have all functionality on it. the network issue is very strange. im connected most of the time and then all of a sudden I loose all connection and I can only use my phone on wifi. I have no idea why but asked a technician and they said its because the phone is from USA and they are unable to fix the issue

Ohh yeah I forgot about the part that phones are region based but even though thats the case you were not supposed to be experiencing these issues, something doesn't add up.
