Problems Afte Update

Updated my Note 20 Ultra to Android 11 and now my BT is not working properly. Connects to BT Audio, but no sound comes out of the Audio Device. My Ringtones also aren't working. Call comes in, it just Vibrates, no tone. I've done a Factory Reset and the problems persist. Anyone else experiencing this and any fixes?

You can try the following steps : 

 

1. Please go to settings>> general management>> reset >> reset network settings

 

2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Software Update and Bluetooth >> Storage>> Clear Cache.

 

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Hi Maps. Let me try this. I was hoping that doing the full factory reset will cover all these steps. But it only solved the Rongtone issue. BT issue persists. But let me try the steps above and see.
