Samsung Note 9 screen discoloration

My Samsung note 9 phone screen color suddenly changed  to green. I have not updated it, since I bought it last year.I have tried calling on the toll free number, but didn't get much help. I was told that all the service centers are not operational in Mumbai.

I saw people are facing same issue after March 2020 update, but in my case I have not updated the software. Also, there is no physical damage on phone. I am wondering then what could be the cause for the same.

I think Samsung needs to check there AMOLED screen panels. How suddenly, people are facing same issue during same time.

Let's write mail together may be that can give impact. The problem is they are not accepting their mistake.

Please be assured and to resolve "display" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
2) Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

dear Samsung

you just reply us a specific reason for this kind of fault,(note 9 green and blurry screen)... is number of people are fool for asking again and again for this...so every time u just reply on check and reset and all this kind of steps...we don't have enough time to do this all the time.

badly suffering...

u need to do straight and simple reply for that kind...what we all are do..is wait for next update or else

reply fast
