Samsung Note 20 Ultra SMS issue

I am not receiving messages on my Note 20 Ultra. Its disgusting after spending huge money. I am missing my OTP's and unable to setup my services. I have restarted my device, checked for the message center number from carrier, I have even performed Network reset, factory reset as well. Its works for few minutes and again its back to square one. I won't receive any messages. I have to remove the SIM and put it back. Then I get all the messages at once. Removing SIM to check if I got any messages is disgusting after spending huge money.

Yes me too, I'm unable to receive any text msgs on my note 20 ultra. I have to change the message centre number to something else and then back to the correct one and then I get my msgs but then it stops working again after a few hours.

Try using Signal app. It's working for me.

The service center accepted that it is a bug and the Samsung R&D team is working on it.

Started using Signal app instead of Samsung Messages app. Till now, all looks 👍. Will keep you guys posted if I face any issues.

They responded to the email and they said that a person from the technical team will call. I am still waiting for that call
