Samsung Note 20 Ultra SMS issue

I am not receiving messages on my Note 20 Ultra. Its disgusting after spending huge money. I am missing my OTP's and unable to setup my services. I have restarted my device, checked for the message center number from carrier, I have even performed Network reset, factory reset as well. Its works for few minutes and again its back to square one. I won't receive any messages. I have to remove the SIM and put it back. Then I get all the messages at once. Removing SIM to check if I got any messages is disgusting after spending huge money.

I guess we are not alone here. Even in many countries, people are facing issues.

Even after device replacement, people are facing issues. I guess we should ask our money back and sue Samsung for releasing a device without testing properly.

Even after repeated calls and visits to the service center the issue is not resolved. So I have posted my experience in my Blog post.

They said its the problem with Airtel numbers. Samsung will be releasing a patch for this. Not sure when

Thank you for the update! I'm with Airtel too, do you think the issue can be resolved from Airtel side? Also did they clearly mention in writing that Samsung will release a patch for this issue? I'm concerned that if its specific to Airtel, shouldn't the issue be resolved from Airtel side? I know people from around the world are facing the same issue.

I have the similar problem. I dont get sms on my note 20 ultra. Is there any solution for this????

My issue is solved with the October Security patch

I have sent close to 26 emails to Samsung and finally the issue is solved. I am still keeping an eye to see if the issue repeats or not.
