I am having the same issue. I have been turning my phone off and when I turn it back on, all my missed messages will pop up. If I do not do this, it will be hours before my messages come through. So frustrating!!!

This is some issue with your SIM card, not with the device.

You might need to turn off Google's chat features (RCS) for your transferred number.

I spent 1300 for this "flagship" phone and I had delayed text issues for 3+ months. I sent the phone in to samsung and they returned it with clean bill of health and same freaking issues. I screamed at samsung and they wanted me to send the phone in again for second time. I wasn't having it. After painful arguments and screaming for month or more, they finally agreed to send me a new phone (not refurb). Well, I got the new phone and it's working fine with no previous issue. What doe that tell you? It was a faulty phone. But they will not admit it. Again, I can feel your frustration and pain. Unfortunately, chances are they will not admit that some note 20 ultra has these issues. I can say without hesitation, after being a samsung diehard customer (I own multiple samsung TVs, watches, and always used samsung phone), this will be my last samsung product period. Let me know if you have any comments. Thanks.
