I am facing some problems in my note 20 ultra if i use 8k video resolution or ar doodle features in cameras its get heated very much immediately & phone gets hang completely because of heating and also facing some serious battery drain issue... I feel like Samsung is cheating with his regular customers in INDIA & phone like Note 20 ultra its cost whopping 1.05 lacs or 1430$ us dollar in india... Its completely pathetic by samsung (please reply if some one facing same problem)
Yeah... I am also facing the same issue. My note 20 also gets terribly heated up even while charging and it also stopped working when I tried to create an 8k video. The problem is with exynos processor. Samsung has short changed their customers in India, first by overcharging and second with an incompetent exynos processor. Samsung should immediately compensate us by replacing our note 20 ultra with SD 865 plus processor or refund atleast Rs 25000 / for providing an inferior ultra vis a vis USA customers where note 20 ultra is given with SD 865 + processor. Someone should engage a lawyer or if there is any lawyer in our community then he should send a legal notice to Samsung for this monkey practice of providing different specs for a same brand.
