Worst ever experience with Samsung Authorized Service Center in Abu Dhabi (Defence Road).
I visited them about 15 days back with a problem for my Spen not being detected on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G device. They did all the basic trouble shooting and finally informed me that the software must be refreshed and only then the Spen would work. To do this they asked me to back up all the data. I did the back up and took the device to them yesterday for software update. They did that and still the Spen issue exists. Finally they said that the Spen needs to be replaced and is not covered under warranty. If this was the case they must have told me without all this hassle.
I had been a Note user for years and now I feel sad to be dealt this way.

I experience the same from service center in dubai(MoE) they do all Basic tests which can any Normal person do. They need to be more professional.
BTW I didn't have any issues from S-pen.
