kindly help, everytime i call using my samsung galaxy note 10 plus, the recipient complains of echoing of his own voice...kindly assist to resolve the issue

I too have a Note 10+ that recipients of my calls complain of an echo. I took the phone at an authorized service center, UBREAKIFIX, yesterday and they said to obtain a new SIM card. If that did not correct the problem, it was probably a bad motherboard. The rep at the AT&T store installed a new SIM card yesterday afternoon. The problem was not resolved. Recipients of my calls continue to complain of echos. I paid too much for this phone to be having issues now. Suggestions? Thank you!
