Samsung Forgot Note 5..!!!

Dear Samsung,

Did you forget one of your best flagship device - Note 5? There is no update since August security update. And also its running old boring Touchwiz UI. Even low budget devices have got the new UI. Whats the meaning flagship devices? Please tell...!!!. I think, this is my last Samsung device. They only need customers money, not customer satisfaction... BTW, the performance of the device is still superb except camera. I'm damn sure, this device can run upto Android 9 easily. But Samsung never do that. Samsung says, "If you need more updations, you have to buy our new phones". Simple..!!!. If so, you should arrange a much better exchange program with satisfactory exchange price... Its also not possible from Samsung... Really really I fedup with the software updation policy from Samsung. Very shame...!!!

Samsung supports phones with major updates only for 2 years. Note 5 has already reached the end of it's life. You will only receive security updates now. (Even N8 and S8 are on August security update, so don't panic about that)

Comparing to IPhone, Samsung is very much poor for their customer oriented services. Iphone has already released their latest OS 11 which is applicable from IPhone 5 to latest Device.
Actually, can we have to think to upgrade us with next Note?
Off course its my opinion cause I am very much dissatisfied with Samsung services regarding OS upgradation.
My Device Note 5 is fantastically working till date but regarding the updating OS Samsung making their Customer worthless.
If we notice, Note has his special mark due to only SPen, otherwise all Devises looking same.
Being Note familiar we have to remove the SPen to show that we have Note phablet & not only Smart Phone. All Smart phones now days looking likes Note.
We know Note as *LOVELY PHABLET*
Samsung has to remember that *NOTE 5* had survived them from failure of Note 7.
