How can we get multi currency added in Samsung Pay. 

I am in India and I want to use Indian accounts for payments. How is that possible ?

Samsung pay adds the card as a payment method, so if your bank support samsung pay u can add the debit or credit card for that bank

This is ok. But I want to make payments in INR and my bank is also INDIAN. but samsung pay is showing currency AED and hence exchange rates are being applied.

I think u might need to change ur region from AE to IND
