I recently got the notification that my " S Pen is disconnected tap to reconnect" S Pen do reconnected after taping. This problem I had never faced in past.
Any one facing such issue ? I am using Galaxy Note 9.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Reset the settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.
2- Reset the s pen via- Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote settings screen and tap on 3 dots → Reset S Pen.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
Note 9 stylus creates havoc and functions erratically. Did everything on the earth to resolve the problem but all efforts in vain. Soft reset safe mode, hard reset, s pen rest and all permutations combination possibilities were of no use. The biggest problem is Stylus works sometimes and sometime with 15 degree angle and some times never works. However pen air functions works only writing functions are erratic and my old Note 4 stylus writes. I do not understand any logic and even changed the supplied spare stylus tip also but the net result is BIG ZERO. Frustrated to the core and Samsung should come out with new stylus operations software immediately otherwise we will lose the image of reliability of Samsung.
