when i hold my note8 horizontally the screen rotates upside down automatically in youtube, web browser, camera etc .i tried turning autorotation on/off but no result. i also tried resetting app preference & phone settings but problem still persist .

Sir I tried your troubleshooting steps but nothing worked in fact I showed this phone to service centre at kapoorthala at city Lucknow state ,Uttar Pradesh ,country India they suggested full format of phone and they did it but after full format the problem still persist
in fact your service centre guys checked all the sensors but couldn't trace the problem they seemed to be clueless .Sir now I feel that Samsung doesn't do quality check in their flagship models , I should have bought iphone, Samsung now I request you to either change my phone or refund my money
