Request for Software update

Present my mobile running OS 10. Please suggest for updates

From what I see, you have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, which was launched with Android 10 (the version that you have)... the last Android update it received was Android 13, in 2023 and security updates later till April 2025.

You can update your phone by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

If that doesn't work, try using Smart Switch PC... and if that doesn't work, take your device to an authorized service center, they will update the software for you.

I had a bad experience with samsung service center . Almost 10 times visited the service center, they behave like a govt job holders
