Oh my God! I did not beleive that I could unlock my phone. I had forgotten my lock pin, but the Samsung team has helped me in unlocking my device, so helpful. I wanted to write this message to say thank you to Samsung.

Can you share the steps because one other member here has been asking for the same help today.

One if to do remote unlock by signing it in Samsung account on different device. Other is to hard reset your phone by going in Recover mode and then using you previously synced Google account to unlock.
