Proximity sensor not working in Note 10 lite

Proximity sensor of my Note 10 lite stopped working after some days of purchase.  Got suggestion to reset the settings. It worked for me but for the time being, have to reset the setting every 15 days on an average. Even the latest software updates is not able to resolve issue.

hi guys I was facing the same issue after getting the update of android 11. I suggest everyone to dial *#77692# and check whether it ON or not. if not you can turn it ON . the issue will be rectified.
