Having galaxy note 10 lite and having this problem from few weeks. Did this troubleshooting and sensor working fine as of now. Don't know for how long it works fine
hi guys I was facing the same issue after getting the update of android 11. I suggest everyone to dial *#77692# and check whether it ON or not. if not you can turn it ON . the issue will be rectified.
