Poor front camera Note10 plus

After recent update of Note 10plus, front camera quality has got more worsened. I reset the camera setting but no change.

Lower end phn are having better quality pics  than note 10plus.

set your ratio to 3:4 it might help

Can your Camera Ratio to 9:16 And Turn HDR on. Capture on Bright light it will give more detail and HDR plays Massive Role in your Output

Also clean the front camera lens with a microfiber or a clean cotton cloth.

Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue:-

1) Check physical condition of your camera lens.
2) Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3) Reset camera settings:-Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
4) Check device in safe mode:- Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down (To exit safe mode please restart your device).

After following the above steps if issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app Samsung member> get help> Error reports> Select Symptom category > describe problem in detail and Send.
