Pink Line Randomly on Note20 Ultra

Got a random pink line on my note 20 ultra without me doing anything at all. Never dropped the phone, no water damage or anything. It happened soo randomly, its soo annoying how brands allow this to happen. I have seen post here about s23 and s24 models also having this issue. What's the point of me treating my device with care if this happens randomly

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Samsung use to provide free replacement because this is known manufacturing fault with note20 and s20 series. If I go to service centre which I do plan to when I am free I am positive they will have me pay full price. The device is not damaged at all. Its soo stupid. Is there any way to complain about this ? Samsung knows its their own manufacturing fault, why should the consumer pay?

The green line has appeared again on my samsung note 20 ultra after August security patch update. After contacting, Samsung India has denied free replacement of the display scrreen citing internal policies. I have filed a compliant before consumer redressal forum. Will wait for the court's verdict.
Any flagship phone is only good until, the security patch update.. There should be an option to buy security patch update. Collective requests may bring such changes.

I hope your complaint and mine likewise help us and other in future. It is stupid and unacceptable how a flagship phone suddenly becomes like this and the brand doesn't take accountability. Samsung is responsible for the display they create ! How can smaller brands like oneplus even with all their issues continue giving out free replacements ? Samsung knows note20 and s20 lineup had major display issues and previously gave free replacement then why stop suddenly? The issue hasn't stopped why stop the service ?
