messages are showing in numbers like 6 or more in homescreen .instead of single SMS..
Sometimes display becomes blank no sign of screen is on.power button does not work and later the screen turns on and goes off automatically.
Keypad sometimes does not respond while typing..
Any issues with software or firmware.

what screen issue...I dnt have any damage on my screen or display.it is brand new.

Hard reset your phone once but take the backup first.

livd chat support is not supported. it comes in other language Korean or Chinese.
