PINK line on my NOTE 20 ULTRA display appeard soon after recent July update while I was typing a WhatsApp msg.
I had not downloaded any other 3rd party app nor my phone was damaged.

What to do now?
Who is responsible for this?
Is it my fault that I trusted on Samsung and updated my phone because of their recommendations!!!!!
Really very bad experience..
Don't know what to do now, service centre will ask to change Display which will cost more than ₹20,000.
Very disappointed 😞😞😞😞

Service center people can fix this, based on warranty.

If there is no physical damage than they can consider also if the device is in not warranty

Hey folks.

A pink line had appeared on screen after software update some time back.I had taken my phone to Croma where I had bought it. They were not aware of replacement policy that Samsung has initiated. 


Now Samsung says the cut off date is over. Is it fair not to extend it to affected devices. There is no info about the policy that is easily accessible. 

Would like to know if there are other impacted users who are facing similar issue
