One UI 4.0 Update Issue

After Receiving One UI 4.0 Update in My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, I didn't get the extra dim feature.

Is anyone else getting this issue and what should i do now for that feature

This feature has not been added by Samsung in Note 10+ due to some limitation.

What kind of limitation should have been there for just dimming the more briteness level in Note 10+.
