One UI 3.0 / Android 11

just want to know when  Note 10 user will get the Android 11 // One 3.0 UI here in Dubai ? thanks for any reply...

As if now being a Note 10+ user i already received it and till my knowledge all over the world software was first released for Note 10 and then Note 10+. so you should have it technically. Better visit samsung center and double check......

we already got it at the 4th of January however if you still didnt get it you should format your phone and you will get it directly. same situation happened to me

my note 10 is snapdragon version from US but unlocked ..but still not getting the A11 here in dubai. thnks

Could anyone help me? I did not recieved any Android 11 for my Galaxy Note 10Plus. I bought the phone in in Taiwan but now  I live in Germany. I chatted with Samsung customer support and they said that my phone is produced in Taiwan maybe I will not recieve any Update. I find it discriminated and unfriendly from Samsung.  Does any know this problem??
