I have bought 2 Samsung note 8 and registered with same no both the mobile . Now I am not able to redeem the free wireless charger on the other set . Guide me regarding how to get my offer on second note 8 . I have mailed to Samsung regarding this but it's been more then 15 days and had not replied yet .

my galaxy app and samsung both are trying to fool us.
many people are still waiting for one time screen replacement offer and wireless charger offer including me.
they are cheating customers, soon they will lose.

@Samsung_IN we got Note8 flagship phone and still awaiting for wireless charger and one-time screen replacement banner on buggy my galaxy app. Dont know whats the status of low end,mid rangers. Email & chat supports says we dont know. Shall I ask from iphone care?

same problem... I am facing. when I called up customer care regarding offer... they told me to navigate banners for 4 days. wireless charger will available automatically and then redeem it. after 8 days still no offer activated. I contacted them on my.galaxy email. They told me offer is not available. Its loot. Let file case against Samsung.

feeling cheated... did not get anything ...jio, wireless charger and one time screen replacement offers . Bought from Samsung online shop.
