I am using samsung note Mobile the day it was launched in India. Where i have used Note7 too but due to battery issue i have returned it. Currently i am using Note5.. which is performing quite well but don't know why samsung do such discrimination with Indian customer in rolling out OS and patch update..
your absolutely right..Samsung sells their flagship phones at premium price in india and afterwards simply ignores further updating and support...Thats why Samsung is loosing market hold in india gradually..People are turning towards chinese brands as they are even cheap in price and providing higher specs like flagships than Samsung's mid rangers..If Samsung won't provide attention towards this many loyal customers will be diverted to other manufacturers
