Note9 screen is not clear in low brightness

Screen flickering lightly with black lines. This is happening in low screen brightness. The software is updated to its latest version OS 10 & UI 2.5 and security patch as of 01-Feb-2021.  Has anyone having any idea how to fix this. Temporarily it is sorted by installing "OLED Saver" app from play store.  Thanks.

You display is giving up. Needs replacement which is expensive. so time to sell and buy new phone
